Group transportation in Japan is reviewed from the full operating plan, not only a city or prefecture name.

Route and operating time

Send the first pickup, ordered stops, final destination, travel date and requested start and finish times.

Group and vehicle requirements

Include the selected seat capacity, estimated passenger count, luggage and any mobility or equipment requirements.

Operating arrangement

The quotation clarifies the proposed vehicle and arrangement. Depending on region and availability, a trusted partner may be involved.
