Payment is due no later than 14 days before operation

The approved methods are overseas bank transfer, online credit-card payment and WISE. The quotation or booking documents provide the transaction instructions.

What the Quotation Includes

Each quotation states its own inclusions. The historical examples on this site included tax, fuel, insurance, expressway tolls and parking; do not assume every future quote is identical.

Payment Timing

Payment is due no later than 14 days before the scheduled operation. Follow the transaction instructions in the quotation or booking documents.

Booking Confirmation

Availability is not presented as instant. The confirmation process and required documents are provided after itinerary and operating review.

Cancellation Notice

Send cancellation notice by a traceable written method such as email or fax. Telephone cancellation is not accepted.

Insurance Documentation

English insurance certificates are available. State documentation requirements in the inquiry so the current process can be confirmed.

Invoices & Receipts

Ask for the documents required by your agency. The applicable formats are confirmed with the booking.

Cancellation charges

Two schedules apply: regular periods and peak periods

Charges are calculated according to when the written cancellation notice is received relative to the operation start date.

Written notice is required

Cancellation must be sent by a method that leaves a record, such as email or fax. Telephone cancellation is not accepted. Any bank or transfer fees incurred when a refund is issued are the customer's responsibility. Use the contact details stated in the quotation or booking documents.
